This book is AWESOMENESS.  It is a must-read.  Archimedes puts to shame almost all modern thinkers; he was a freakin genius.  This book is about a palimpsest he wrote, which was erased by a priest and overwritten with prayers, and how scientists managed to recover the writings of Archimedes.  It is… AWESOMENESS

I like people.  I DON’T like people, but I DO like people also!  The human condition and dynamic is… bloody fascinating.  All the motions, the rituals, the needs and desires, the thoughts and feelings, the mundane and the exceptional – it is really fascinating!  Man, I like people!  No I don’t like people – but I like living amongst them.

I seriously recommend the book “An Anthropologist On Mars”.  It is by Oliver Sacks so it is interresting by default.  If you don’t know who Oliver Sacks is, you must REALLY read this book.
